The Gwangyang Maehwa Festival

The Gwangyang Maehwa Festival is held in the Gwangyang Maehwa Village, located on the slopes of Baegunsan Mountain. In 2023, it will be held under the slogan “Gwangyang in Spring, Reuniting with Maehwa”. Maehwa, which means ‘nobility and elegance’ in the language of flowers, features pure white beauty that resembles snowflakes, and harmonizes with the flowing Seomjin River, which is why it was selected as the representative festival of Jeollanam-do Province in 2023. Enjoy various programs such as a slow mailbox, direct trade market, hanbok experience, healing photo zone, and night tour of the maehwa blossoms to fully experience the beauty of the maehwa flowers.

Daegu’s E-World

Throughout the year, various festivals are held at Daegu’s E-World. In the spring, the “Blossom Picnic” cherry blossom festival takes place. It is a great place to take memorable photos in the “Picnic Garden” filled with excitement and in the photo zones with a red double-decker bus, classic cars, and a carousel. At night, colorful lights illuminate the amusement park rides and the cherry blossom path, creating a different atmosphere from the daytime. Enjoy the fragrance of flowers and thrilling rides during the day, and appreciate the brilliant night view at night.
